【摘要】 目的了解劳务输出归国人员艾滋病高危行为情况。方法 2010年4-6月对经舟山出入境口岸有出国劳务输出经历或长期在海外远洋生活的男性渔民进行问卷调查,并采血进行HIV、梅毒、丙型肝炎抗体检测。结果在3 000份有效问卷中,检出HIV抗体阳性2例,梅毒75例,丙型肝炎16例,感染率分别为0.07%、2.50%和0.53%,该人群最近一年有与固定性伴性行为、商业性行为、临时性伴性行为、男男商业性行为的比率分别为65.73%、62.86%、11.13%和0.36%,发生性行为时每次使用安全套的分别占8.43%、67.72%、38.80%和30.00%。结论尽管本次调查人群HIV感染率仅为0.07%,但是鉴于该人群职业的特殊性,暴露于HIV病毒的机会高于一般人群。因此,不应忽视对该人群的HIV监测和预防性干预工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of AIDS risk behaviors among returned labors from abroad.Methods Questionnaire survey was conduced among fisherman who went abroad and had long-term fishing experience overseas through the Zhoushan ports from April to June 2010,and blood samples were taken for HIV,syphilis,hepatitis C antibody test.Results 3 000 valid questionnaires were received.The results showed that HIV antibody positive in 2 cases,75 cases of syphilis,16 cases of hepatitis C with infection rates were 0.07%,2.50% and 0.53% respectively.The ratios of sexual behavior with regular sexual partners,commercial sex,casual partners sex,male commercial sex were 65.73%,62.86%,11.13% and 0.36% in last year,condom using rates for every times were 8.43%,67.72%,38.80% and 30.00%.Conclusion Although the HIV infection rate in this survey is only 0.07%,as for the opportunities of exposure to HIV in the population is higher than in general population due to special profession.Therefore,HIV monitoring and preventive interventions to the population should not be neglected更多还原
