废除死刑的新思考

【摘要】 本文从犯罪产生的原因入手,阐述犯罪实为疾病,应废止死刑,并指出以死刑来遏制犯罪或严重犯罪对犯罪人不公,而且死刑并不能遏制犯罪或严重犯罪,以杀禁不了杀,只会导致更多的杀戮,死刑的存在,只会伤害更多的生命。建议废止死刑,以此来指导中国立法实践。更多还原
