【Abstract】 In the long-term practice of selecting the Three Aspects of Education Advanced Pacesetters in the Zhejiang University, the Party and government administration attach great importance to it, together with Teachers Congress, labor unions as well as other functions. In the process, abundant valuable experience and approaches are attained. What’s more, in building ethos of professional ethics, Zhejiang University makes several useful explorations, and these practices also cover the realms of structuring harmonious environment for cultivating qualified talents.更多还原
