【摘要】 政治民主的实现有赖于制度的保障。政治民主的各种制度无不包含着对政治权力进行监督与制衡的机制。本文认为,正是因为有了制度的保障,才为政治民主的实现提供了可能,使专政政治失去了存在的基础。没有制度保障,也就不会有政治民主。更多还原

【Abstract】 The political democracy realizes depends on system’s safeguard.Political democracy’s each system contains is carrying on the surveillance to the political power with the mechanism which keeps in balance.This article believed that is precisely because had system’s safeguard,only then realized for the political democracy has provided the possibility,caused the dictatorship politics to lose the existence foundation.Without the system safeguard,also will not have the political democracy.更多还原
