【Abstract】 Food science and engineering orientation,contents of graduation practice course,statistic analysis and existent problems of graduated students’ employment,establishment and development of practice base,training and constructing of teachers were discussed in this paper in order to develop the frame and approach of graduation practice course in food science and engineering,so that the systems of graduation practice could be well constructed and pragmatic students with ability of food science and engineering could be well educated.更多还原
