【摘要】 近几年,随着我国国力和竞争力的不断提升,在我国举办的大型活动的数量正在逐年增多。据有关部门统计,我国60%以上的大型活动或多或少存在着安全问题,这就迫切要求对大型活动进行安全风险评估。然而,我国大型活动的风险评估在具体操作过程中还存在着诸多问题:评估内容模糊、评估主体较混乱、评估实施欠规范。文章从上述问题出发,提出了适应现阶段我国国情的大型活动风险评估模式,并对实行该模式需解决的核心问题作了分析阐述,以期对规范我国大型活动风险评估行业的操作规程提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As China’s national strength and competitiveness rising in recent years,the number of large-scale activities held in China is increasing.However,according to statistics from related departments,more than 60% of large-scale activities are more or less exist security problems,so risk assessment is urgent required for large-scale activities.But,there are still many problems in actual operation of Large-scale activities: the assessment content is uncertainty,the main body of the assessment is confused,the assessment process is non-standard.The articles started from the above-mentioned questions,proposed a Large-scale activities risk assessment model,which adapted China’s national conditions at this stage,and described the core issues to be solved of this model.With a view,standardized the industry rules of China’s large-scale activities risk assessment.更多还原
