有序电纺纤维膜的制备方法及在组织工程中的应用进展

【摘要】 静电纺丝是一种简单且有效的制备高分子微纳米纤维的方法。近年来,通过电纺装置的控制制备有序纤维膜已成为研究热点,由此构建的电纺纤维膜支架具有独特的结构和生物学性能,有利于细胞的粘附、增殖和分化,在神经、血管、骨与软骨等组织工程及组织修复中具有良好的应用前景。文中对有序电纺纤维膜的制备方法进行了总结,概述了有序电纺纤维膜在组织工程中的应用,并对有序电纺纤维膜的发展前景作出了展望。

【Abstract】 Electrospinning is a simple yet effective method for the preparation of polymer micro/nano-fiber.Recently,aligned electrospun fibrous membranes were fabricated by different methods,which has become the research hotspot.Specifically,aligned fibrous scaffold is beneficial to cell adhesion,proliferation and differentiation due to their unique micro/nano structure and biological properties.Electrospun fibrous scaffold,therefore,has been widely used in tissue engineering,for example,as the scaffolds for nerves,blood vessels,bone and cartilage.In this paper,we summarized the methods to prepare the aligned electrospun fibrous polymer membranes,and reviewed their applications in tissue engineering and tissue reparation.In addition,the development prospect of the aligned electrospun fibrous membranes was also proposed.
