梳形聚合物PAA-g-MPEG的合成及溶解度参数
Synthesis and Solubility Parameter of Comb PAA-g-MPEG
【摘要】 首先采用甲氧基聚乙二醇单醚(MPEG)和丙烯酸(AA)合成了具有反应活性的大单体甲氧基聚乙二醇单醚丙烯酸酯(MPEGAA),然后以亚硫酸氢钠为还原剂和分子量调节剂,在水溶液中将MPEGAA与AA共聚合成了聚丙烯酸接枝甲氧基聚乙二醇梳形聚合物(PAA-g-MPEG)。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振(1H-NMR)对MPEGAA和PAA-g-MPEG的结构进行证实。PAA-g-MPEG的分子量随聚合反应温度提高以及亚硫酸钠用量增加而下降,而亚硫酸钠用量对分子量的影响更显著。PAA-g-MPEG的色散分量、极化分量、氢键分量和溶解度参数分别为18.15(J/cm3)1/2、0.82(J/cm3)1/2、10.42(J/cm3)1/2和20.94(J/cm3)1/2。
【Abstract】 The active macromer,polyethylene glycol monomethoxyl ether monoacrylate(MPEGAA),was firstly synthesized using polyethylene glycol monomethoxyl ether(MPEG) and acrylic acid(AA),and the comb poly(acrylic acid)grafted methoxyl polyethylene glycol(PAA-g-MPEG) was synthesized by free radical copolymerization of the active MPEGAA with AA in the presence of sodium sulphite(NaHSO3) as a reducer and chain transfer agent.The structure of the MPEGAA and the PAA-g-MPEG was confirmed through Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR) analysis,respectively.The molecular weight of the PAA-g-MPEG decreases with increasing the polymerization temperature and the content of NaHSO3.Results also show that the content of NaHSO3 has a marked effect on the molecular weight of PAA-g-MPEG.The dispersion parameter,polar parameter,hydrogen parameter and solubility parameter of the PAA-g-MPEG are 18.15(J/cm3)1/2,0.82(J/cm3)1/2,10.42(J/cm3)1/2 and 20.94(J/cm3)1/2,respectively.
