完全生物降解聚乳酸共混复合材料的研究进展
Research Progress in Completely Biodegradable Poly(Lactic Acid) Blends
【摘要】 聚乳酸(PLA)是由乳酸直接缩聚或丙交酯开环聚合制得的脂肪族聚酯,具有生物相容性、生物降解性和良好的力学性能。但是,由于纯PLA树脂的结晶速率慢、制品收缩率大、本身质脆等缺点,需要各种无机或有机材料对其进行共混改性。制备可完全生物降解的PLA共混复合材料,成为目前研究热点。文中全面介绍了近年来可以完全生物降解的PLA共混复合体系,综述了其最新研究进展。
【Abstract】 Poly(lactic acid)(PLA) is a kind of aliphatic polycarbonate made from lactic acid.It exhibits good biocompatibility,biodegradability,and mechanical properties.Due to some disadvantages such as slow crystallization,high shrinkage,poor dimensional stability,weak durability and brittleness,the application of PLA is limited.Recently,much attention has been paid to modify and reinforce PLA,especially to blend PLA with other materials to prepare completely biodegradable blends or composites.Many organic or inorganic fillers and biodegradable polymers are used to blend with PLA.This paper fully introduced the completely biodegradable PLA blends and composites in recent years,and summarized the research progress.
