利用Rubrene/C70异质结提高有机太阳能电池的性能

【摘要】 用C70、C60作为受体,Rubrene、CuPc作为给体,制备了4种异质结有机太阳能电池(OSCs)。实验结果表明,C70代替C60作为受体的OSCs短路电流Jsc显著增加;Rubrene代替CuPc作为给体的OSCs的开路电压Voc大幅度提高。制备的Rubrene/C70异质结OSCs的Voc、Jsc、填充因子FF和能量转换效率η分别为0.82V、2.454mA/cm2、50.5%和0.747%,比CuPc/C60OSCs的Voc、Jsc、FF和η分别提高了127.8%、7.2%、53.9%和275.4%。

【Abstract】 Four different types of heterojunction organic solar cells were fabricated by using C70 and C60 as the electron acceptor and Rubrene and CuPc as the electron donor.The experimental results reveal that the short-circuit current(Jsc) of the organic solar cells with C70 instead of C60 as acceptor is increased significantly,while the open-circuit voltage(Voc) of the organic solar cells with Rubrene instead of CuPc as donor is increased greatly.The Voc,Jsc,fill factor(FF) and power conversion efficiency (η) of organic solar cells with Rubrene/C70 heterojunction are 0.82 V,2.454 mA/cm2,50.5% and 0.747%,respectively.Compared with CuPc/C60 heterojunction solar cells,the Voc,Jsc, FF and η of Rubrene/C70 heterojunction solar cells are enhanced by 127.8%,7.2%,53.9% and 275.4%,respectively.
