【摘要】 通过重复采样和泵浦探测的实验方式,对飞秒激光烧蚀石英玻璃的内部动态过程进行了实验研究,获得了石英玻璃内部的时间分辨阴影图像。实验结果表明,在不同的延迟时间下,石英玻璃内部依次出现了多个应力波,并通过测量应力波的位置获得了其速度的实验演化规律。这些结果直观地展示了飞秒激光与物质之间相互作用中,材料内部的动态行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on repeated sampling measurements and the pump-probe technique,the dynamic process of femtosecond laser pulse ablating silica glass is experimentally investigated and the time-resolved shadowgrams inside the silica glass are obtained.Experimental results indicate that the multiple stress waves can be observed at different delay time values,and the speed evolution of multiple stress waves is deduced by measuring their positions.These results clearly show the dynamic process inside silica glass during the interaction between femtosecond laser pulse and materials in a very intuitional way.更多还原
