基于光纤光栅的温度不敏感的倾斜传感器

【摘要】 提出了一种新型光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)的倾斜传感器,其结构由通过4根等长的刻有光栅的光纤悬挂在圆盘上的重物组成,4根光纤与圆盘的粘接点均匀分布在圆盘边缘,每根光纤的另一端共同下拉一重物,使每根FBG的受力均匀。当整个平台倾斜时,每根FBG的受力发生变化,从而导致每根FBG的反射(透射)中心波长发生变化,并通过光谱仪测出波长的变化,从中得到每两根对称FBG在不同倾斜角下的波长差,建立相应的波长差与倾斜角的数学模型。实验表明:该倾斜传感器可以达到0.2°的测量精度,并且消除了外界环境温度的影响,应用灵活性高;而且传感器的准确度和精度可通过增加重物质量、减小每对光纤间的夹角来提高。

【Abstract】 A new design of FBG tilt sensor was presented in this paper which structure is simple and stable,and its accuracy was relatively high.The tilt sensor structure consists of four fiber grating hanging the weight on the round plate,four-fiber bonding points with uniform distribution of the round plate on the round plate edge,the other end of the fiber grating hangs the weight,so that the force induced in the each fiber grating uniformly.When the platform is tilted,the force induced in the each fiber grating changes,which leads to the reflective(transmission) center wavelength of each fiber grating changes.Through the OSA(optical spectrum analyzer) to measure the wavelength changes,so the every two symmetrical gratings′ wavelength difference at different tilt angles,to establish the appropriate wavelength difference and the tilt angle of the mathematical model.Experiment results show that can reach the tilt sensor measurement accuracy to 0.2° the impact of environmental temperature is eliminated application flexibility is high.And the tilt sensor accuracy and precision of quality can be improved by increasing the weight and reduce the angle between each pair of optical fiber.
