【摘要】 目的了解血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞计数与阑尾炎病情的相关性。方法收集200例阑尾炎患者血清hs-CRP水平、白细胞计数和临床病理资料并进行统计学分析。结果 hs-CRP水平与阑尾炎发病时间和病理类型均有显著相关(P<0.01),白细胞计数与阑尾炎发病时间和病理类型不存在相关关系(P>0.05)。结论 hs-CRP水平在评估阑尾炎的病情方面优于白细胞计数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the correlation between high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),leukocyte count and condition of patients with appendicitis.Methods Serum hs-CRP level,leukocyte count and clinicopathological data of 200 patients with appendicitis were enrolled and analyzed statistically.Results The onset time and pathological type of appendicitis were correlated with hs-CRP level(P<0.01)other than leukocyte count(P>0.05).Conclusion hs-CRP level is superior to leukocyte count for evaluating the condition of patients with appendicitis.更多还原
