【摘要】 目的探讨肝细胞癌组织中Lumican蛋白的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测62例肝细胞癌患者癌组织及癌旁正常组织Lumican蛋白的表达并分析其与临床病理因素之间的关系。结果肝细胞癌组织中Lumican阳性表达率为35.48%,癌旁正常组织的阳性表达率66.13%,两者具有统计学差异(P<0.05);Lumican蛋白的表达与Edmondson分级及是否伴有门静脉癌栓相关(P<0.05),与性别、肿瘤大小、HBsAg、肝硬化和AFP无关(P>0.05)。结论 Lumican蛋白在肝细胞癌组织中表达率均较低,可能与肝细胞癌的发生发展有关,检测该蛋白对肝细胞癌的诊断和预后有着重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the expression and significance of Lumican in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods The expression of the protein of Lumican in 62 cases of HCC and para-carcinoma normal liver tissues were analyzed with immunohistochemistry method.Results The expression negative rate of Lumican protein(35.48%) in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly higher than those in the para-carcinoma liver tissue(P<0.05).Lumican expression had no correlation with gender,tumor size,AFP level,HBsAg,expression and cirrhosis,but had correlation with Edmondson grade and thrombus in the portal vein(P>0.05).Conclusion Lumican may play an important role in the development and progression of liver cancer and may be a new target for cancer therapy.更多还原
