特高压换流变压器现场局部放电试验技术
On-site Partial Discharge Test Technology of Ultra High Voltage Converter Transformer
【摘要】 向家坝—上海±800 kV特高压直流输电示范工程是世界上输送容量最大、送电距离最远、技术水平最先进、电压等级最高的直流输电工程。特高压换流变压器的局部放电交接试验也是首次进行,试验电压高,局部放电量要求严格,现场环境复杂,需要很好的抗干扰措施和应对复杂试验情况的能力,试验难度非常大。基于此,以已经顺利投运的向家坝—上海±800 kV特高压直流输电示范工程复龙换流站特高压换流变压器为例,详细叙述了从试验方案的提出到现场试验成功完成的全过程,重点阐述了关于试验电源的选择,试验频率的选择以及加压方式的选择等关键问题。该次特高压换流变压器现场局放试验的顺利完成,为今后特高压换流变压器现场局放试验提供了宝贵的实践经验,为特高压换流变压器现场局放试验标准制定提供了重要的试验依据。
【Abstract】 Xiangjiaba-Shanghai ±800 kV HVDC Transmission Demonstration Project is one of projects possessing the largest capacity,the longest transmission distances,the most advanced technological level,and the maximum voltage level in the world.High test voltage,strict demands,and complex field environment,require good anti-jamming measurement and response capability.Taking the Xiangjiaba-Shanghai ±800 kV UHVDC demonstration project,namely,Fulong converter station UHV converter transformers,as example,we described in detail the proposal from the pilot program to field test,focused on the choice of test power,test frequency selection,and mode of voltage applying.We got valuable experiences for future UHV converter transformer on-site tests,and provide an important test basis for standards development.
