【摘要】 建立凝集试验,用于检测兰氏D群链球菌血清抗体。采用兰氏D群链球菌C55914株制成凝集试验抗原,制备的抗原与兰氏D群链球菌兔高免阳性血清、猪正常免疫阳性血清发生凝集反应,不与健康兔阴性血清及健康猪阴性血清发生凝集反应,与链球菌兰氏C群、兰氏E群、巴氏杆菌A群、B群阳性血清呈阴性反应。试验证明,凝集试验能够快速地检验出兰氏D群链球菌阳性血清,可用于兰氏D群链球菌抗体的定性检测,及兰氏D群链球菌抗体阴性猪的筛选。更多还原

【Abstract】 The agglutination test was established for the detection of the serum antibody of Lancefield group D Streptococcus.The Lancefield group D streptococcus strain C55914 was used as the antigen for agglutination test.The prepared antigen could agglutinate with the hyperimmune sera from rabbits or the immunized positive sera from pigs and did not agglutinate with the negative sera from rabbits or pigs.The antigen did not agglutinate with the positive serum of Lancefield group C and group E Streptococcus or the positive serum of capsular group A and group B of Pasteurella multocida.The results showed that the established agglutination test could detect the positive serum of Lancefield group D streptococcus quickly and could be used for the qualitative detection of Lancefield group D streptococcal antibodies and the screening of the Lancefield group D streptococcus antibody negative pigs.更多还原
