【摘要】 庭审会话是一种典型的机构性话语。本文综合了有关机构性话语的研究视角,构建了机构性话语的分析模式,并从语域、职业、机构、社会四个层面对庭审会话的机构性特征进行了研究。研究表明,庭审会话在主题的确定性、语体的正式性、法律专业性以及目标指向性等方面显示出明显的机构性特征,并受法庭的司法机构功能和社会文化的重要影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Courtroom conversation is a typical institutional conversation.By integrating different approaches to the study of institutional conversation,this paper develops an analytic framework for the analysis of institutional conversation.First the institutional features of courtroom conversation are analyzed in four dimensions: register,profession,institution and society.The analyses show that courtroom conversation is characterized by lots of distinct institutional features such as uniqueness of the topic,formality of the style,legal professionality,goal-directedness,etc,and is greatly influenced by the judicial functions and social culture of the courtroom.更多还原
