【摘要】 浦江双辉大厦斜向劲性柱构成的曲面是整幢塔楼设计理念的体现,其施工质量将直接影响后续外饰面幕墙的施工,且常规模板支撑体系无法满足斜向劲性柱施工质量要求。考虑本工程特点,通过现场分析和专题讨论,应用QC寻找质量瑕疵的成因,明确控制目标,确认形成要因,有针对性地制定对策并实施质量控制措施,使斜向劲性柱的偏差和裂缝宽度小于预定目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pujiang-shuanghui mansion’s curved surface which constitutes by the tilted stiffened column is the essence of design.The quality of the tilted stiffened column will influence the follow-up construction of external curtain wall,and the common framework support system can’t meet the quality requirements.Considering the feature of this project,QC is applied to find the reasons of quality blemish,to explicit target of control and to ascertain essential factors through site analysis and topic discussion.A serials of countermeasures are formulated and taken in a apparent reference to it,and the deviation and width of crack of the tilted stiffened column is less than the scheduled objective.更多还原
