【Abstract】 The reality that multiculture exists among minorities in Xinjiang requires multicultural abilities for teachers in primary and middle schools.However,the education curriculum arrangements of normal colleges in Xinjiang are not differentiated from other regions of China and consequently needs to be reformed because there is no consideration about its quality of cultivating multicultural teachers.This article has brought forward the consideration on curriculum arrangements reforming of normal colleges based on the requirements of abilities and attainments for multicultural teachers.更多还原
