鲁米诺-铁氰化钾流动注射化学发光法测定饮用水中铅
Determination of lead(Ⅱ) in drinking water by luminol-potassium-ferricyanide chemiluminescence system with flow injection
【摘要】 基于在碱性介质中,鲁米诺可以被铁氰化钾氧化产生化学发光,Pb(Ⅱ)对该体系有显著的催化作用。结合流动注射技术,建立了一种测定饮用水中Pb(Ⅱ)的流动注射化学发光新方法。在最佳实验条件下,该方法的线性范围为0.001~0.1 mg/mL,检出限为0.0004 mg/mL。对0.01 mg/mL的Pb(Ⅱ)连续进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为1.6%,回收率在93%和107%之间。结果表明,该方法具有检测范围宽,操作简单,快速等优点,可以应用于对饮用水中突发Pb(Ⅱ)污染的早期快速预警。
【Abstract】 On the basis of chemiluminescence reaction of potassium ferricyanide and luminol in sodium hydroxide medium,Pb(Ⅱ) can enhance this chemiluminescence reaction,a novel flow-injection chemiluminescence(CL) method for the determination of Pb(Ⅱ) in drinking water has been developed.A linear range for Pb(Ⅱ) determination is 0.001~0.1 mg/mL under the optimal condition.The detection limit of Pb(Ⅱ) is 0.0004 mg/mL and relative standard deviation(RSD) is 1.6% for 0.01 mg/mL Pb(Ⅱ)(n=11).The recovery is at the range of 93% to 107%.The results indicated that the proposed method offers the potential advantages of wide range,simplicity and rapidity for Pb(Ⅱ) determination,and could be applied to the determination of Pb(Ⅱ) in drinking water and early alert of emergency contamination by Pb(Ⅱ).
