抗除草剂转基因甘蔗农艺性状调查
Evaluation of the agronomic characteristics of transgenic sugarcane resistant to herbicide
【摘要】 对5个抗草丁膦的转Bar基因甘蔗株系进行了田间农艺性状调查,结果表明:在外形上转基因株系和受体对照没有差异,在锤度、茎径、茎长等农艺性状上部分株系存在差异。
【Abstract】 The research was conducted on evaluation the agronomic characteristics in 5 transgenic sugarcane lines mediated with Bar gene.The results showed that there were not differences in the shape between transgenic plants and its wild.However,there existed some differences in brix,stalk diameter,stalk length and other agronomic traits.
