芦荟汁对废电池污染下玉米生理特性的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同浓度处理的芦荟汁对废电池胁迫下玉米幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,在低浓度芦荟汁作用下,玉米幼苗叶片的可溶性蛋白和叶绿素含量增加,脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)的含量明显降低,膜脂过氧化程度减弱,电导率减小,质膜透性下降、膜稳定性增强。说明低浓度的芦荟汁对废电池液胁迫下玉米幼苗的毒害具有一定的缓解作用,浓度过高则缓解作用减弱。100g/L的芦荟汁是较为适宜的处理浓度。

【Abstract】 Experiment was conducted to study effects of different density Aloe extracts on the physiological characteristic of maize(Zea mays L.) seedlings under used batteries stress.The results showed that low concentration Aloe extracts increased soluble proteins and chlorophyl content,proline and MDA content decreased significantly and lipid peroxidation were weakened,conductivity and membrane permeability were reduced,membrane stability were increased.The results indicated that used batteries stress on Vigna radiata seedling should be weakened by low concentration Aloe extracts while higher concentration of Aloe extracts reduce the effect.100 mg/L was the optimum concentration.
