油菜素内酯对大棚温室草莓生理特性、产量及品质的影响
Effects of brassinolide on physiological character and yield and quality of Strawberry in solar greenhouse
【摘要】 以草莓品种哈达为试验材料,研究了叶面喷施油菜素内酯后对草莓相关生理特性、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:不同浓度油菜素内酯处理增强了草莓叶细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)的活性,提高了叶片光合色素的含量和光合参数的水平,草莓的平均单果重和内在品质也得到了相应的提高。不同浓度油菜素内酯处理均对草莓产生了积极的效应,其中以3 mg/L油菜素内酯处理的效果为最佳。
【Abstract】 The effects of different concentration of brassinolide on physiological character,yield and quality of strawberry in solar greenhouse were studied in this paper The results showed that the treatment with different concentration of brassinolide could enhance the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD) and glutathione reductase(GR).The photosynthetic pigment content and photosynthetic parameter in strawberry leaves all reached higher levels than that of the control.Meanwhile,the average single fruit and inner quality of strawberry was improved,respectively.All of the different concentration treatment of brassinolide had positive effect,the 3 mg/L treatment of brassinolide had the best effect on strawberry.
