特效植物营养素对水稻种子生理生化表观遗传效应的影响

【摘要】 将用特效植物营养素(SPNE)在田间同一条件下进行不同处理后收获的水稻常规种、杂交种的种子和对照种子,置于实验室同一条件下用清水萌发生长,进行生理生化指标的测定,结果表明,所有用SPNE处理两代的水稻不同品种种子的发芽率、淀粉酶活力以及幼苗素质、叶绿素和蛋白质含量均高于用SPNE处理上代的,用SPNE处理上代的均超过对照,表现SPNE产生的生理生化的表观遗传效应,其效应随着处理代数的增加而增强。

【Abstract】 Different treatment and harvest conventional and hybid of rice seeds were treated by SPNE(Special plant nutritional element) at the same condition in the field,and they germinated and grown in water at the same laboratory condition.Carring out a serious of physiological and biochemical texts,the results showed that the germinative rate of seed,diastatic activity of seeding,quality of plant,content of chorophyl and proten of all plants two generation treated by SPNE was better than the last generation,and treated by SPNE in the last generation was higher than the contrast.The effect of epigenetic inheritance by SPNE on physicalogical and biochemical was increased,when treated generation was increased.
