钱塘江地表水多环芳烃的时空分布特征研究
Spatial and temporal distribution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in surface water of Qiantang River
【摘要】 用固相萃取法富集,高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定了钱塘江地表水中15种多环芳烃(PAHs)的浓度,研究了PAHs的时空分布,并与国内外其他河流水中PAHs浓度进行了比较。结果表明,钱塘江水中15种PAHs总浓度范围为70.3~1 844.4 ng/L,平均总浓度为288.2 ng/L,其中萘和菲的浓度最大,分别占总量的48.9%和15.6%。2~6环PAHs分别占总浓度的48.9%、30.6%、15.3%、2.5%、2.7%。2006年4月和7月钱塘江15种PAHs的总平均浓度是2005年同期PAHs总平均浓度的2.48、2.11倍,PAHs总体污染呈加重趋势。城区江段PAHs浓度高于农村江段。
【Abstract】 The concentration of 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in surface water of Qiantang River was determined with SPE and determined by HPLC.The spatial and temporal distribution of PAHs was studied.The total concentration of 15 PAHs ranged from 70.3 to 1 844 ng/L with the mean values of 288.2 ng/L.To individual PAHs,NA and Phen were dominant in water.Their average concentrations accounted for 48.9% and 15.6% of the average concentrations of total PAHs,respectively.The concentrations of 2~6 rings PAHs accounted for 48.9%、30.6%、15.3%,2.5%,2.7% of the total PAHs concentration.The concentrations of PAHs were highest in winter and lowest in summer.The mean concentration of total PAHs in April and July,2006 were 2.48 and 2.11 times the concentration in the same season of 2005.The total concentrations of PAHs in city zones were higher than those in rural areas.
