【摘要】 利用多效唑400、500、600倍液分别浸泡吉农大808水稻种子,研究不同浓度多效唑对水稻萌发及秧苗素质的影响。结果表明:多效唑500倍液浸种可以加快稻种的萌发进程,使稻种的发芽率提高26%左右,发芽指数提高4.8%～11.11%;多效唑可以降低株高40%,增大比叶面积4.12%,有助于干物质的积累,增大根体积,对培育壮秧非常有利。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of paclobutrazol on seed germination and seedling quality of rice(Oryza sativa L.) was studied.The seeds of Jinongda 808 were soaked in 400,500 and 600 times diluted paclobutrazol solutions.The results showed that the germination process can be accelerated by 500 times diluted paclobutrazol.The seed germination rate,germination index and leaf area were enhanced by 26%,4.8%~11.11% and 4.12% respectively,but plant height was decreased by 40%.Thus improved the accumulation of dry matter,increased root volume,and very favorable towards the cultivation of seedling.更多还原
