【Abstract】 Theoretical model and interview model are compared through literature review and expert assessment method.The results showed that theoretical model and interview are consistent.We build a optimal farmer cooperatives leader competency model on this basis,the competency model have good predictive validity for leaders of farmers’ professional co-operatives,and provide an important theoretical basis for the selection and training of leaders of farmers’ professional co-operatives.更多还原
