【摘要】 在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验法优选穿心莲内酯微波辅助提取的最佳条件。结果表明,穿心莲内酯微波辅助提取的最佳工艺参数为:采用低火功率的微波,微波时间4 min,在60℃水浴锅中保温浸提20 min后加入活性炭脱色,pH值为2。此提取条件具有应用参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the base of one-factor experiment,orthogonal experiment was employed for the optimization of microwave-assisted extraction of Andrographolide.The optimum conditions for the extraction were as follows: microwave output power was low for 4 minutes,60℃ water-bath heating 20 min,adding activated carbon,pH value was 2.The optimal extraction procedure had some practical value.更多还原
