【摘要】 针对地铁备件种类繁多、供应商分布广、生命周期损失频率差异大等特点,基于层次分析法的基本思想,设计了地铁备件供应商的评价指标体系。构建了递阶层次结构模型,对各准则层和指标层的权重进行了计算分析,并进行了一致性检验。结果表明建立的供应商评价模型是有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the light of a great variety of metro spare parts,wide-spreading suppliers,and significant differences of the loss frequency in spare parts’ life cycle,this article, based on the fundamental idea of analytic hierarchy process (AHP),designs an evaluation index system in respect of the suppliers of metro spare parts,builds up a hierarchical structure model,calculates the weight of each criteria level and layer of pointers,carries out the consistency test.The results show that the establishment of the supplier evaluation model in this article is effective.更多还原
