【摘要】 以硫酸锌诱导家兔肝组织为原料,采取超滤、凝胶层析和离子交换层析方法对金属硫蛋白精品制备进行3批中试试验。结果表明,金属硫蛋白平均含量为96.33%,平均收率为2.762.65 mg/g,;金属含量为6.59%;含水量小于1.71%。说明中试工艺条件是合理的。试验为金属硫蛋白进一步产业化提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pilot-scale preparation of metallothionein from rabbit liver was carried out using Sephadex G-75 gel filtration chromatography and DEAE chromatography.The results showed that the average content metallothionein,Zn,water and percent yield were 96.33 %,6.59 %,1.71 % and 2.762.65 mg/g(wet tissue) respectively.Thus,it proved that the pilot-scale process parameters were resonable and it could be used asreference for industrios preparation of metallothionein.更多还原
