环氧乙烷氢酯基化法合成3-羟基丙酸甲酯的研究
Study on Hydroesterification of Ethylene Oxide for Preparing Methyl 3-Hydroxypropanoate
【摘要】 文章利用环氧乙烷氢酯基化法合成了3-羟基丙酸甲酯。通过GC-MS分析,对反应产物的组成和形成原因进行了探讨;并考察了不同环氧乙烷浓度、配体和催化剂配比、时间对3-羟基丙酸甲酯收率和选择性的影响,得出合成3-羟基丙酸甲酯的最佳反应条件为:环氧乙烷浓度5 mL/30 mL甲醇,n(配体)∶n(催化剂)=6∶1,时间4 h,在此条件下选择性和收率分别为95.7%和64.0%。
【Abstract】 Methyl 3-hydroxypropanoate was synthesized from ethylene oxide by hydroesterification method in the paper.The composition and formation reason of products were studied by GC-MS analysis.Moreover,the influence of EO concentration,molar ratio of ligand / catalyst,time on the yield and selectivity have also been investigated.The yield and selectivity of methyl 3-hydroxypropanoate was 64.0 % and 95.7 % respectively at the optimum reaction condition: 5 mL/30 mL methanol,6∶1 ligand / catalyst ratio,4 h.
