单分散、小粒径纳米ZnO的制备及其表面包覆

【摘要】 以ZnSO4·7H2O和NaOH为原料,采用微乳法制备了单分散、小粒径ZnO纳米颗粒,并用Na2SiO3水解生成的SiO2对其进行表面包覆改性。用IR(红外光谱)、XRD(X射线衍射)、UV-vis(紫外可见光谱)等表征手段对制得的颗粒进行了表征。结果表明:ZnO表面存在Si-O-Zn键,显示了SiO2的很好的包覆。室温下,制备ZnO的较佳条件是:CTAB浓度为2.5 g/L,搅拌速度为1000 r/min,制得的ZnO平均粒径为14.6 nm。90℃温度下,700 r/min搅拌的速度,对粒径为14.6 nm的ZnO进行表面包覆SiO2,得平均粒径为17.4 nm的ZnO/SiO2纳米颗粒。

【Abstract】 Monodispersed small size ZnO nano-particles were prepared with the micro emulsion method by ZnSO4·7H2O and NaOH as reactions,which carried on the superficial coating SiO2 modification by the hydrolysis of Na2SiO3.The prepared nano-particles were characterized by many methods such as IR(Infrared spectra),XRD(X beam diffraction) and UV-vis(ultravioletvisible spectrum).The results indicated that the surface of nano-ZnO existing on the Si-O-Si bond,it demonstrated on the coated SiO2.Under room temperature the optimal nano-ZnO particles had diameters of 14.6 nm in average were prepared under the optimal conditions of 2.5 g/L CTAB concentration,1000 r/min stirring rate.The diameters of 14.6 nm ZnO were coated by SiO2 on surface under 90 ℃ and 700 r/min stirring rate,which were average diameters of 17.4 nm the ZnO/SiO2 nano-particles.
