【摘要】 区域高等教育非均衡发展既是当前我国教育发展现状,也是实现均衡目标的重要战略。省一级的高等教育作为全国高教事业的子系统,在省级区域内部实现教育发达地区与欠发达地区之间的均衡便可采取培育"增长极"的不均衡发展策略。以江苏省为例,苏南苏北高等教育发展极不均衡,通过在苏北地区建立"高等教育增长极"便可有助于实现全省高教事业的相对平衡,从而提高高等教育质量并保证教育的公平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The unbalanced development of regional higher education is not only the actuality,but also an important strategy of enforcing the equilibrium.As a branch of the national higher education system,the provincial higher education can apply the strategy of cultivating "Growth Pole" to reach the equilibrium between the developed and the less-developed area within the province.Taking Jiangsu province for an example,there is a huge disparity in higher education between the north and south.Cultivating "Higher Education Growth Pole" in Northern Jiangsu province can help to achieve relative balance and then improve the higher education quality and ensure the educational justice.更多还原
