基于波兰尼默会知识理论的现代工程师素质结构分析
Modern Engineer Quality Structure Analyzing Based On Polanyi’s Tacit Knowledge Theory
【摘要】 本文从现代工程活动的基本属性出发,分析了对工程师综合素质的要求;从默会知识论的视角,解释了现代工程师个体默会知识的构成要素及层次结构,提出了"工程思维习惯"和"工程思维能力"的概念,并依据心理学原理,论述了两者在解决工程问题过程中的作用及关系;阐述了现代工程师思维的默会性特征及其根源。
【Abstract】 Starting from basic attribute of modern engineering activity,requirements of engineers’ comprehensive quality is analyzed.From viewpoint of tacit knowledge theory,individual tacit knowledge elements and structure of modern engineers is explained.Concepts of ’Engineering Thinking Habit’and ’Engineering Thinking Ability’ is defined;and,according to psychology principle,their interaction and relationship during solving engineering problem is described.In addition,tacit character and root of modern engineer thinking is discussed.
