【摘要】 通过问卷调查总结了目前工科院校大学生翘课的原因,针对学生对大学教育目标的认识不深、理想信念不清、责任心缺失、外界影响因素、管理上的漏洞、任课教师的责任等影响逃课的根源进行了深入地分析,提出了加强学校层面的科学管理、建立新的管理机制,实施个性化跟踪管理、加强学生思想教育管理、加强基础课教育质量管理、优化课程管理与宿舍管理的应对策略。强调了要预防或根治学生翘课现象,需要所有相关环节集体努力,才能收到好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through a questionnaire,this paper sums up the reasons why engineering students cut class,probes into the roots which influence truancy: students’ vague understanding of university education,ambiguous belief and ambitions,lack of responsibility,external influences,loopholes in university management and teachers’ sense of responsibility.Based on the problems above,some strategies are put forward: strengthening scientific management,building up new management mechanism,carrying out personalized tracking management,increasing ideological education to undergraduates,improving quality of basic course education and optimizing curriculum management and dormitory management.At last,it concludes that all relevant sections should work together to prevent students’ truancy.更多还原
