【摘要】 当前我国建设工程质量的控制管理水平处于逐步规范和提高状态,但还有众多影响工程质量的问题没有从根本上得到解决。本文从信息化的角度,针对工程质量管理领域普遍存在的信息化投资预算有限、人力资源不足、相关管理政策和技术标准更新快、行业整体协同能力差等问题,结合SaaS(软件即服务)的理念,提出建设工程质量管理信息服务平台的整体规划,并结合相关实践对平台的主要功能和关键技术进行了阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although the current level of the construction engineering quality is in normalizing and improving state,many problems of construction quality haven’t been solved essentially.From a view point of informationization,focused on the existing problems which include limited costs,limited human resources,the variation of policies and standards,the low level capability of collaborative supervision,this articale introduces the management platform of construction engineering quality combined with the idea of SAAS(Software as a Service),and gives an exposition on the contents and the key technology of the platform.更多还原
