蒸发条件对喷射器性能的影响研究

【摘要】 利用真实气体模型对喷射式制冷空调系统的喷射器进行CFD计算。利用CFD模型进行计算,得到了喷射器在不同蒸发条件下的喷射系数及系统的机械COP。在喷射器结构确定时,在计算的范围:6℃≤t_e≤20℃,蒸发温度越高,喷射器的性能越好。喷射器结构确定时,蒸发压力只要小于拉伐尔喷嘴的临界压力,工作蒸汽的流量就不会受蒸发压力变化的影响;但是引射蒸汽的质量流量不仅受蒸发压力P_e和冷凝压力P_c的影响,而且还要受到工作蒸汽流动和混合室结构的影响。

【Abstract】 The real gas model was selected to calculate the ejector in the ejector air-conditioner system.Ejector performance entrainment ratio and air conditioner system mechanical COP was obtained under different evaporator conditions.When the ejector structure was defined,in the calculation range:6℃≤t_e≤20℃,the higher the evaporator temperature was,the better the ejector performance was.When the ejector structure was given and the evaporator pressure was lower than the critical pressure of Laval nozzle,the primary fluid mass flow would not be affected by the evaporator pressure change;but the secondary fluid mass flow was affected not only by the evaporator pressure(P_e)and the condenser pressure(P_c)but also by the ejector mixing chamber structure.
