合成射流激励对压气机叶栅气动性能的影响

【摘要】 对5°冲角下分别具有吸力面合成射流激励和端壁合成射流激励的压气机叶栅内流场进行了详细的数值模拟。结果表明:合理施加的合成射流吸力面激励和端壁激励均推迟了分离的出现,使分离点都向下游流方向有所偏移,同时有效增强了分离区内外的掺混,使旋涡强度减弱,损失降低,明显改善了栅内的流动状况;合成射流的非定常扰动特性有效抑制了出口端壁角区内的速度波动;不同激励型式、激励位置和激励强度(激励范围)对作用效果有较大影响,端壁圆孔激励因激励范围较小,对叶栅内流动状况改善不明显。

【Abstract】 The detailed numerical simulation has been carried out to investigate the effect of synthetic jet excitation on the secondary flow at 5°incidence in a compressor cascade,in which the synthetic jet actuation is equipped with on the suction surface and endwall.The results show that desirable synthetic jet delays the separation and effectively enhances the mixing of the fluid inside the separation region,which reduces the vortex intensity and the total pressure loss,improves the flow status in the cascade.The unsteady disturbance also suppresses velocity fluctuation in endwall corner region of the exit section.Additionally,actuation mode,actuation position and actuation intensity(actuation area) have great impact on the control effect.Compared with hole actuation,slot actuation exhibit better acting ability because of its larger actuation area.
