内燃机冷热电联产系统典型变工况特性
TYPICAL OFF-DESIGN PERFORMANCE OF INTERNA COMBUSTION ENGINE CCHP SYSTEM
【摘要】 根据恒转速内燃机典型变工况解析式,结合产饱和蒸汽的单压余热锅炉的变工况解析式及溴化锂吸收式制冷机组的变工况修正DOE-2模型,研究内燃机冷热电联产系统变工况特性。内燃机负荷减少,总能利用率Z、当量(火用)效率ηex、经济(火用)效率θ、相对节能率FESR及制冷机组性能系数COP先增加后减少,存在最大值;当负荷过低时,FESR为负值,系统不节能;内燃机排烟出口温度对系统影响大于饱和蒸汽压力的影响;随着冷却水入口水温升高及冷媒水出口温度降低,系统性能下降。
【Abstract】 Based on the off-design analysis formula of the constant speed internal combustion engines and analytical off-design performances of saturated heat recovery steam generator(HRSG), combined with modified DOE-2 model of Lithium bromide absorption refrigeration unit,the off-design performance of internal combustion engines CCHP system had been investigated.With decreasing of internal combustion engines load,total energy efficiency Z,equivalent exergy efficiencyηex,economic exergy 6 efficiency and fuel energy saving-ratio FESR increased first and then decreased,they existed maximal value.When the load was too low,the FESR was negative;it was not energy-saving. The influence of internal combustion engines exit outlet temperature was greater than saturated steam pressure.As the entrance of the cooling water temperature increased and the chilled water temperature decreased,the performance of system degraded.
