基于光纤光栅传感技术的网壳滑移法施工监测

【摘要】 网壳结构滑移施工法具有费用低、速度快、无需大型设备、可与下部结构平行作业的特点,是一种先进的施工方法。对网壳结构滑移施工全过程进行现场监测,具有重要意义。论文采用光纤布拉格光栅传感系统,通过准分布方式,对某81m跨度预应力柱面网壳干煤棚结构的累积滑移法施工中的结构受力进行全程监控,在确保工程安全施工基础上分析了施工中非理想因素对网壳结构滑移施工的影响。

【Abstract】 Sliding construction of reticulated shells is an advanced construction method,it has the characteristics of low expense,faster construction,absence of large equipment and it can construct with infrastructure together.It has significant in monitoring for sliding construction of reticulated shells during the whole erection process.In this paper,based on quasi-distributed method,the structure mechanics during the whole erection process of a string-bow prestressed reticulated shells with 81.8m span was monitored by FBG sensor system.The effects of construction non-idea factors was analyzed under the condition of ensuring construction security.
