【摘要】 工况监测与故障诊断是影响塔式起重机施工安全的关键因素之一。介绍国内外塔式起重机工况监测与故障诊断技术的应用现状,探讨塔式起重机振动监测方法、油样监测方法、温度监测方法、无损检测方法,并对塔式起重机故障诊断方法进行分类阐述。由于塔式起重机工作的复杂性,将不同的诊断理论有机结合是塔式起重机故障诊断的研究方向。系统一体化,软件智能化,仪器虚拟化,诊断未来化是今后塔式起重机工况监测与故障诊断系统的发展趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Work condition monitoring together with trouble diagnosis is one of the critical factors that affect operation safety of the tower crane. This paper introduces application status of the domestic and foreign tower crane condition monitoring and trouble diagnosis technology,and this paper further discusses present situation of application of tower crane’s vibration monitoring methods,sample oil monitoring methods,temperature monitoring methods,nondestructive testing methods,and tower crane trouble diagnosis methods are classified in this paper. Because of complexity of the of tower crane operation,there will be different diagnosis theories that organic combination of the trouble diagnosis of tower crane would be a right research direction. System integration,software,intelligent instruments,diagnosis,and future virtualization will make up a development tendency in the tower cranes working condition monitoring and trouble diagnosis system.更多还原
