【摘要】 目的探讨HBeAg(+)和HBeAg(-)慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血HBsAg与HBV DNA的关系。方法定量检测HBeAg(+)55例和HBeAg(-)36例慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HbsAg和HBV DNA的水平。结果 HBeAg(+)患者血清HBV DNA、ALT和AST水平较HBeAg(-)患者高(P<0.05);HBeAg(+)患者血清HBsAg水平较HBeAg(-)患者低(P<0.05);高水平血清HbsAg患者血清HBV DNA水平低(F=10.096,P<0.01);HBeAg(+)慢性乙型肝炎患者HBsAg与HBV DNA存在负相关(r=-0.796,P<0.01),而HBeAg(-)慢性乙型肝炎患者HBsAg与HBV DNA无相关性(r=0.289,P>0.05)。结论定量检测慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HBsAg水平有一定的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation of serum HBsAg to HBV DNA in patients with HBeAg positive and HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B.Methods The HBsAg,ALT,AST and HBV DNA were detected in 55 patients with serum HBeAg(+)and 36 with HBeAg(-)chronic hepatitis B.Results The levels of HBV DNA,ALT and AST in HBeAg positive were higher than that in HBeAg negative patients(P<0.05);The levels of HBsAg in HBeAg positive were lower than that in HBeAg negative patients(P<0.05);There was a negative in HbeAg positive(r=-0.796,P<0.01),while there was no correlation(r=0.289,P>0.05)in HbeAg negative chronic hepatitis B patients between HBsAg and HBV DNA.Conclusion Detection of serum HbsAg might be useful in patients with chronic hepatitis B.更多还原
