【摘要】 目的研究Annexin A4在结直肠癌组织中的表达及意义,以探讨结直肠癌的发生机制。方法采用Western blot的方法对正常结直肠组织以及Dukes A、B、C、D期结直肠癌组织进行Annexin A4及其磷酸化检测。结果在正常组织及结直肠癌组织中Annexin A4和其磷酸化均有表达,Annexin A4在Dukes A和B期表达最高,Dukes C和D期略低于正常组织,磷酸化Annexin A4在Dukes A期表达最高,Dukes B、C和D期与正常组织差异无统计学意义。结论结直肠癌组织中Annexin A4的异常表达与结直肠癌的发生发展是相关的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Annexin A4 in colorectal cancer.Methods Annexin A4 with and without phosphorylation in the normal colorectal tissues and colorectal cancer tissues in Dukes A,B,C,D period were assessed with Western blot.Results Annexin A4,with and without phosphorylation,were both detected in normal and colorectal cancer tissues.The expression of Annexin A4 was highest in Dukes A and B colorectal cancer tissues,while lower expression was revealed in Dukes C and D colorectal cancer tissues than that in normal controls.The highest phosphorylated Annexin A4 expression was noted in the Dukes A colorectal cancer tissue,while there was no difference among normal tissue and Dukes B,C and D cancer tissues.Conclusion The abnormal expression and phosphorylation of Annexin A4 contributes to the oncogenesis of colorectal cancer.更多还原
