同型半胱氨酸及蛋氨酸合成酶基因多态性与颅内动脉瘤的关系
The correlation between intracranial aneurysm and polymorphism of methionine synthase gene or plasma homocysteine level
【摘要】 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及其代谢关键酶蛋氨酸合成酶(methionine synthase,MS)基因多态性与颅内动脉瘤的关系。方法采用化学发光技术检测76例颅内动脉瘤患者和77例健康成人的血浆Hcy水平,并利用聚合酶链式反应技术检测其MS基因多态性。结果颅内动脉瘤组血浆Hcy水平为(16.14±6.72)μmol/L高于对照组的(11.20±3.20)μmol/L,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。颅内动脉瘤组的MS D919G DG基因型频率较正常对照高(P<0.01),患颅内动脉瘤的风险是对照组的6.35倍。两组等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MS D919G突变基因型TC、TG、Hcy浓度分组比较结果显示,颅内动脉瘤组不同基因型TG、TC浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),DG基因型Hcy浓度较其他基因型高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);颅内动脉瘤组Hcy浓度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组TG和TC水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组不同基因型间TG、TC、Hcy水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高Hcy血症与颅内动脉瘤病发生有一定关系,MS D919G DG基因型与颅内动脉瘤可能有相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between intracranial aneurysm and plasma homocysteine(Hcy) level or polymorphism of methionine synthase(MS). Methods MS genotype and plasma Hcy level was determined in 76 patients with intracranial aneurysm and 77 healthy controls. Results Significant higher plasma Hcy concentration and MS D919G DG frequency were revealed in intracranial aneurysm patients than that in controls(P<0.05).No significant difference in allele frequency was observed between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia and MS D919G DG genotype may be independent risk factors of intracranial aneurysm.
