3个地理种源的伯乐树苗期生长性状

【摘要】 为探索伯乐树不同种源的苗期生长规律,分析主要性状的遗传改良潜力,对3个伯乐树地理种源1年生播种苗苗高和地径性状进行了初步研究。结果表明:伯乐树从子叶出土到当年幼苗停止生长整个过程大体可分为出苗期、生长初期、速生期和生长后期4个阶段,地径生长比苗高生长约提早10d进入速生期,而晚10d停止生长。贵州2个种源的苗高和地径各阶段生长期基本一致,湖北五峰种源比贵州2个种源苗高生长晚进入速生期,且提早停止生长。种源间与种源内均存在较大的变异,种源间苗高差异显著,地径差异不显著,苗期表现较好的是贵州三都种源。

【Abstract】 The height and diameter of annual B.sinensis saplings from three different geographical sources were surveyed to study their growth regulation and genetic improvement potentiality of main characters.The results showed that there were emergence stage,early growth stage,rapid growth stage and late growth stage from cotyledon emergence to stop growth of saplings in the same year,the diameter growth was 10 d earlier than sapling height growth and the stop growth of sapling diameter was 10 d later than stop growth of sapling height.There was no difference in sapling height and diameter during different growth stages between two B.sinensis species from Guizhou province,the sapling height growth of B.sinensis species from Hubei province was in the rapid growth stage later than that of two B.sinensis species from Guizhou province and its stop growth was earlier than that of two B.sinensis species from Guizhou province,there was obvious variation between different species and between different individuals in the same species,There was significant difference in sapling height between different species and no obvious difference in sapling diameter between different species,and the growth performance of B.sinensis saplings from Sandu,Guizhou was the best at sapling period among three tested B.sinensis species.
