【摘要】 为保护、发掘糙叶杜鹃资源,加快糙叶杜鹃大量繁育和推广,以糙叶杜鹃半木质化茎段为材料,研究了插条不同枝龄、扦插基质及生长调节剂浓度等对插条生根率的影响。结果表明:扦插基质以泥炭土∶腐殖土=1∶2为宜,采用2~4年生插条在200 mg/L IBA+100 mg/L NAA混合溶液中浸泡30 s的处理获得较高的扦插生根率,生根率达75.6%。更多还原

【Abstract】 To protect,explore Rhododendron scabrifolium resources,speed up the breeding and promotion of Rhododendron scabrifolium,the cutting age of different branches,matrix and growth regulator concentration and soaking time on rooting rate were researched taking semi-woody stems of Rhododendron scabrifolium as the material.The results showed that the cutting medium of peat soil+humus soil(1∶2) was appropriate,the rooting rate could be up to 76.5% by using 2~4 years old cuttings soaked in mixed solution of 200mg/L IBA and 100mg/L NAA for 30 s.更多还原
