申湄基地烤烟主要化学成分与吸食品质的关系

【摘要】 为了明确申湄基地烤烟化学成分与其吸食品质的关系,对2007-2008年在上海烟草(集团)湄潭基地获取的36个等级、494个烤烟样品进行了检测分析。结果表明:申湄基地烟叶总氮、钾含量基本适宜,部分烟叶烟碱、总糖、还原糖、氯和蛋白质含量偏高;在一定范围内,总糖、还原糖、钾、糖/碱、钾/氯、两糖比与吸食质量呈极显著正相关,烟碱、总氮、氯含量与吸食质量呈极显著负相关。并分析了申湄基地烟叶吸食质量水平较高时的烟叶主要化学成分的适宜区间:烟碱含量在1%~3.2%,钾含量>1.1%,氯含量≤0.7%。

【Abstract】 494 tobacco samples in 36 levels taken from Meitan base of Shanghai Tobacco Group Co.Ltd.from 2007 to 2008 were analyzed to study the relationship between chemical composition and its smoking quality of tobacco in the base.The results showed that total N and total K were appropriate,but nicotine,total sugar,reducing sugar,Cl,and protein were higher in some tobacco samples,Total sugar,reducing sugar,K,sugar-nicotine ratio,K-Cl ratio,and ratio of total sugar to reducing sugar had significant positive correlation with smoking quality in certain level.While nicotine,total N,and Cl had significant negative correlation with smoking quality.The suitable chemical composition range in optimal smoking quality stage was also analyzed in the paper,which with 1%~3.2% nicotine,>1.1% K,and ≤0.7% Cl.
