【摘要】 为摸清贵州不同生态产区烤后烟叶的品质情况,对采自贵州省种植有机烟的贵定县、道真县、兴义市、威宁县、天柱县的烤后有机烟叶的腺毛分泌物及其降解产物和叶表烷烃类蜡质成分含量进行了检测,并采用系统聚类方法进行分析。结果表明,贵州省5个不同生态产区烤后烟叶腺毛分泌物及其降解产物和叶表烷烃类蜡质成分含量差异较大;烤后烟叶腺毛分泌物及其降解产物的总量在道真和贵定点的烟叶明显高于天柱、兴义和威宁点,叶表烷烃类蜡质成分总量道真、兴义和威宁点的明显高于天柱和贵定点的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The trichome secretion,catabolite of trichome secretion and hydrocarbon waxiness content of leaf surface of cured organic flue-cured tobacco leaves from Guiding,Daozhen,Xingyi,Weining and Tianzhu counties in Guizhou province were measured and analyzed using hierarchical clustering method to find out the quality of cured flue-cured tobacco of different ecological producing areas.The results showed that there was obvious difference in trichome secretion,catabolite of trichome secretion and hydrocarbon waxiness content of leaf surface of cured organic flue-cured tobacco leaves among 5 different ecological producing areas,the total trichome secretion and catabolite content of cured organic flue-cured tobacco leaves from Daozhen and Guiding counties was significantly higher than those from Tianzhu,Xingyi and Weining counties,and total hydrocarbon waxiness content of leaf surface of cured organic flue-cured tobacco leaves from Daozhen,Xingyi and Weining counties was significantly higher than that from Tianzhu and Guiding counties.更多还原
