碳含量对508-3钢组织和性能的影响
Effect of Carbon Content on Microstructure and Property of SA508Gr3 Steel
【摘要】 研究了碳含量对508-3钢大锻件组织与性能的影响。试验结果表明:在一定的热处理制度下,大锻件表面、1/4T、1/2T(T为最大截面处的厚度)处,碳的质量分数为0.19%时,回火后贝氏体铁素体板条较窄,析出的碳化物颗粒变细,分布均匀,强度、塑性均得到提高且有良好的低温韧性。
【Abstract】 The effect of carbon content on the microstructure and property of SA508Gr3 steel heavy forging was investigated.The results show that when carbon content of testing steel is 0.19%,the size of tempered bainite is smaller,and the precipitated carbides are finer,uniformly distributed inside grains and along grain boundaries at the surface,1/4T,and 1/2T(where T is thickness of heavy forging) after certain heat treatment processing,which leads to the improvement of strength and ductility as well as low-temperature toughness of the testing steel.
