蚕丝织物活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺的优化
Optimizing cold pad-batch dyeing of silk fabric with reactive dyes
【摘要】 为优化控制蚕丝织物的活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺,以K/S值作为固色效果的指标,在分析染色过程中K/S值的变化与固色碱剂、堆置温度、中性盐、分散剂等因素之间关系的基础上,探讨用乙烯砜和混合双活性基活性染料冷轧堆染色蚕丝织物的优化工艺条件。结果表明:采用纯碱和烧碱组成的混合碱剂,Na2CO320 g/L,NaOH1~5 g/L,NaCl 0~20 g/L,分散剂0~1 mL/L,在25~30℃堆置8~12 h,并根据染料类型控制适当的工艺条件,可使蚕丝织物冷轧堆染色获得较满意的实际应用效果。
【Abstract】 In order to better control the cold pad-batch dyeing of silk fabric with reactive dyes,this paper discussed the optimal conditions of cold pad-batch dyeing process of silk fabric with vinylsulfone reactive dye and hetero-bifunctional-group reactive dyes based on analysis of the relationship between the change of K/S value during dyeing process and the factors such as alkali,pad-batch temperature,neutral salt and dispersant,using K/S values as the index of fixation effect.The results showed that the satisfactory dyeing effect of silk fabric by cold pad-batch process can be obtained by using the alkaline agent composed of soda ash and caustic soda,with 20 g/L Na2CO3,1-5 g/L NaOH,0-20 g/L NaCl and 0-1 mL/L dispersant batching up for 8-12 h at 25-30 ℃,as well as applying appropriate process conditions according to the types of dyes.
